Clos CheValle is a residential homesite development of 67 lots set among 66 acres of vineyards, with magnificent views of Lake Chelan, its surrounding mountains, and the beautiful Lake Chelan Valley.
Clos CheValle is located on the South Shore of Lake Chelan, just off Hwy 97A, approximately 5 miles west of downtown Chelan.
